About the Role
Green by Nature is seeking a skilled Softscape Enhancement Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The role will working across sites around Sydney so flexibility will be needed to travel where our projects are!
In this hands-on role leading a small team of 2 your scope of work will include:
- Full garden upgrades (irrigation planting soil and mulch installation)
- Smaller upgrades (mulch-only planting-only)
- General garden maintenance and improvement works
- Occasional support of wider maintenance teams
- Operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

About You
You have a flexible approach to your work and the ability to effectively manage your time to ensure deliverables for clients are met.
You are skilled with operating standard garden maintenance tools (hedgers whipper snippers mowers chainsaws etc.) and have exposure to machinery such as bobcats excavators and jackhammers.
With a strong background in horticulture and landscaping gained both on the job and whilst completing a Cert III in Parks and Gardens (or equivalent landscape or horticulture studies) you are ready to work collaboratively with your team and the wider Green by Nature organisation to exceed the expectations of our clients.
You have proven leadership skills coupled with the ability to quickly learn new things and also impart your knowledge to others.
Working outdoors in various weather conditions does not phase you you feel most at home in a physically active job where no two days are the same - variety keeps you engaged.
A current drivers licence and a white card are a requirement of this role.
Above all you have proven yourself to be a dependable worker and are motivated by your commitment to excellence in all that you do.
