Job Summary

The Opportunity
With continued growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Consultant to join our ThinkPay team.  

Key Responsibilities;

  • Support the delivery of data analytics and payroll remediation activities leveraging knowledge of payroll and HR systems.
  • Contribute to the development of insights that help clients make informed decisions and manage risks related to employee entitlements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal systems governance and behavioural risk specialists to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to project planning and execution.

How are you extraordinary

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for solving complex problems. You bring:

  • Experience in data analytics workforce compliance or broader consulting.
  • Understanding of payroll processes time and attendance systems and people and payroll analytics is advantageous
  • Familiarity with modern awards enterprise agreements superannuation and leave entitlements is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications :

STEM degree in the field of Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics.
