Responsabilités

  • Estimer négocier et vendre des contrats de service et dentretien afin dobtenir de nouveaux appareils sous contrat.

  • Gérer le portefeuille des contrats actuels promouvoir et vendre des forfaits et produits dentretien dascenseurs et/ou des services de modernisation.

  • Rechercher les clients éventuels et entretenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes et servir de conseiller technique auprès de la clientèle.

  • Développer et accroître le territoire de vente par du démarchage en faisant appel à votre connaissance des conditions du marché local et des forces dynamiques de la concurrence.

  • Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les ascenseurs/escaliers mécaniques et les produits et les solutions de modernisation dOtis.

  • Fournir des estimations pour tous les travaux réguliers dentretien et de réparation; avoir une connaissance générale des contrats dentretien.

  • Veiller au suivi et à la gestion des comptes clients.

Études

  • Détenir un diplôme détudes universitaires (baccalauréat) ou léquivalent.

Expérience/compétences minimales

  • Posséder au minimum 3 ans dexpérience pertinente en vente.

  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et langlais tant à loral quà lécrit.

  • Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail déquipe.

  • Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.

  • Être motivé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et responsabilités simultanés.

  • Être très à laise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.

  • Avoir un talent marqué pour la négociation et les ventes être axé sur les résultats et posséder dexcellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et lorganisation.

Expérience/compétences souhaitées

  • Avoir de lexpérience dans lindustrie des ascenseurs serait un atout.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Specialist Account Manager to promote innovative solutions with current and potential customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Estimate negotiate and sell service and maintenance contracts to obtain new units on maintenance agreements

  • Manage existing accounts promote and sell Otis products and service upgrades

  • Build and maintain customer relationships achieve or exceed sales objectives and serve as technical consultant to customers

  • Develop and rapidly grow the sales territory through cold calling and familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators and Otis products and service upgrades

  • Provide estimates for all regular work and repair; understand service contracts in broad terms

  • Monitor collection of accounts

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years sales experience required

  • Fully bilingual in both French and English.

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

  • Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Elevator industry experience a plus
