Job Description:
- Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meat individual/ team targets and organizations business objectives.
- Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries creating awareness about product features/ applications and developing sales.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Promotion of new concepts of technology/ new products introduced by the division.
- Developing strategic technical sales tools/ arguments for different products.
- Lost order analysis.
- Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas/ customers.
- Resolution of customer complaints.
Education/ Experience:
- Diploma/ Degree in Textiles.
- Good knowledge in Circular Knitting Technology (preferred).
- Experience in Knitting Industry preferred.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal English.
