Senior Manager - Business Transformation - EY Defence
The opportunity
As our Senior Manager of Business Transformation in EY Defence youll lead our high-performing teams in solving the Department of Defences most complex challenges and driving business and performance improvement in the most challenging and critical government sector. This role is central to helping Defence implement the National Defence Strategy requiring an experienced Senior Manager who is Defence-literate purpose-driven and capable of forging trust across the national security space.
EY Defence is EYs dedicated Defence Market Segment comprising professionals who have chosen to specialise in Defence and National Security. Our team is resourced by individuals with deep experience in Defences organisational context and challengesready to hit the ground running and deliver real results. With the necessary security clearances and technical skills EY Defence is equipped to help solve Defences hardest problems.
This is a hybrid position based in either in Naarm Melbourne Ngambri - Canberra or Warrang Sydney with regular travel to Ngambri - Canberra. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
