Were looking for a confident peoplefocused leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences. As Duty Manager youll be at the heart of our daily operationsdriving service excellence supporting our team and keeping everything running seamlessly.
What youll be doing:
- Lead the team on shiftproviding clear guidance motivation and support to keep service standards high.
- Own the frontoffice experience by ensuring smooth checkins checkouts and consistently warm efficient service.
- Deliver memorable moments by championing guest satisfaction loyalty initiatives and the little surprises that turn a stay into a story.
- Work collaboratively across departments to keep operations flowing and guest needs met quickly and professionally.
- Respond to guest enquiries and issues with confidence empathy and problemsolving flair.
- Coach and mentor junior team members helping them grow and excel.
- Manage daily reporting on operations incidents and service performance.
- Support financial management of daily operational budgets and cost control.
- Uphold brand and company standardsensuring every guest experiences the Accor quality were known for.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar leadership role ideally in hotels or guestservice environments
- Confident motivating leadership with a passion for exceptional guest service
- Strong decisionmaking problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Excellent organisation time management and communication
- Techsavvy; Opera Cloud experience is a plus
- Adaptability resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (evenings weekends holidays)
- Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
