Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break)

Client Timezone: CST (Texas)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Workflow & Logistics

Weekly alignment: Standing meeting to review required orders and timelines.
Materials: We ship all products (wigs/hair supplies) directly to the stylist.
Briefs: Detailed styling and color requirements provided per order.
Fulfillment: Stylist completes the work and ships directly to the customer using a prepaid label we provide.
Reporting: Stylist submits updates and required documentation to our team.

Must-Have Skills (Color First)

Strong color theory knowledge; able to read replicate and adapt formulas to match inspiration photos.
Ability to confidently execute techniques in the categories below (flexible on how many):

Lightening / Deposit

Dimensional / Placement

Root Work / Toning

Formulation

Ability to create custom formulas (nice to have not required).

Hairline Realism

Confident in bleaching knots on wigs

Able to create natural hairlines through plucking

Finishing & Cutting

Ability to set part styles and execute:

360 layers face-framing layers bobs pixie cuts barrel curls blowout curls crimps and other common finishes

Quality & Documentation

Provide before/after photos (neutral background consistent natural lighting required).
Record formula and steps used for each unit.
Follow SOPs for quality control sanitation and safe chemical handling.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working with human-hair wigs (HD lace closures frontals).
Ability to recommend formula alternatives for complex or unusual color references.
