Web Designer (with Graphic Design Experience)

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our creative team. This role is responsible for designing visually compelling user-friendly websites and producing high-quality graphics that strengthen our brand identity. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio understands modern UX/UI principles and can transform ideas into exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

• Design responsive website layouts landing pages and user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design concepts are accurately implemented.
  

• Conduct regular website updates improvements and optimizations.
  

• Create wireframes mockups prototypes and design assets for web and digital projects.
  

Graphic Design

• Produce visually appealing graphics for web social media marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  

• Develop brand-aligned design assets including banners icons infographics and digital ads.
  

• Support content and marketing teams with creative needs across various platforms.
  

• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all channels.
  

User Experience & Optimization

• Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
  

• Perform basic usability testing and recommend improvements based on user behavior insights.
  

• Optimize graphics and web layouts for performance and load speed.
  

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with Marketing Content and Product teams to deliver cohesive projects.
  

• Manage multiple design tasks prioritize deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
  

• Stay updated with design trends web technologies and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design Multimedia Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
  

• 24 years of experience in web design graphic design or multimedia design.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing website designs and graphic design work.
  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma Sketch or similar.
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and web development principles (bonus but not required).
  

• Understanding of responsive design UX/UI principles and digital branding.
  

• Strong attention to detail creativity and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
