The Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales) will be responsible for building and growing B2B partnerships with corporations multinationals and institutions to use our short-stay apartments as official guest residences and the Beach House as an executive retreat or team offsite venue.
This role demands a commercially driven individual with the confidence to pitch to senior executives the strategic foresight to build recurring revenue partnerships and the creativity to package our experiences that resonate with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate bookings and long-stay contracts for our Apartments and Beach House.
- Design and execute a corporate acquisition strategy targeting top 200 companies (finance oil & gas consulting tech and embassies).
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting pitching proposal and negotiation to contract execution.
- Develop corporate packages (daily weekly and monthly rates) tailored for executive housing and retreats.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel administrators.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to key partners.
- Collaborate with travel management companies (TMCs) HR/Admin departments and relocation agencies.
- Partner with business hubs co-working spaces and executive training providers to integrate our spaces into their corporate wellness or accommodation plans.
- Uphold our brand ethos in every client touchpoint professional refined and human.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to co-develop B2B campaign materials brochures and proposals.

- Proven track record in B2B or hospitality corporate sales (minimum 3 years).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive-level decision makers.
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing abilities.
