- Carry out all necessary steps for project initiation and smooth execution.

- Develop project schedules and define execution methods.
- Verify and validate the feasibility of proposed technical solutions.
- Assess the manpower requirements for each project phase.
- Manage site personnel and subcontractors providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely productive and safe operations.
- Optimize work schedules and production costs while adhering to project specifications.
- Oversee material management including stock control and procurement requests.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client and participate in coordination meetings.
- Supervise construction works in line with execution plans.
- Ensure project completion and quality control within the defined timeline and budget.
- Organize project handovers and coordinate defect resolution with teams.
- Participate in new installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of quality and safety management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Hydraulic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the water sector including at least 5 years in a similar project management role.
- Must have extensive contracting experience managing large-scale water infrastructure projects specifically potable water treatment plants with transmission pipelines exceeding EUR 150 million in value and 150 km in total pipeline length including a network of ductile iron pipes with a diameter of 1000 mm.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong professional ethics and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong execution capability.
- Effective leadership teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
