Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Join our dynamic team at GAO Tek a leading company in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry as an Email/Chat Support this role you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $31 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email and chat
  • Assist customers with product information order status and technical support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex customer queries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and help desk systems

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
