Responsibilities

Provide real-time support to customers through live chat interactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Document and track customer interactions in the support system for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role focusing on chat support is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Familiarity with customer support software and live chat tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
