Tech Lead Cloud & GenAI Code Initiatives

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Cloud and Generative AI to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining advanced cloud engineering with code evaluation for GenAI models. You will lead cloud-first initiatives build scalable evaluation frameworks and work across teams to ensure that AI-generated code and cloud deployments meet high standards of quality performance and security.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design build and refine cloud-based solutions for running and evaluating GenAI models at scale.

• Write test and optimize code to solve real-world challenges.

• Develop automated frameworks for validating cloud-deployed AI code and workflows.

• Ensure code and infrastructure are robust efficient and secure in cloud environments.

• Collaborate with research engineering and product teams to integrate cloud-based feedback loops into AI model development.

Requirements:

• 710 years of experience delivering complex software and cloud-based solutions.

• Strong coding skills in at least one: Python Java C C or JavaScript.

• Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines automated testing frameworks and monitoring systems for cloud deployments.

• Ability to evaluate and improve the efficiency scalability and security of cloud-native applications.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs and cloud deployment of AI/ML models.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).

• Background in building data pipelines and integrating AI evaluation workflows in the cloud.
