Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant -Tech Lead -Microsoft Azure (Trace)

A Tech Lead Microsoft Azure is responsible for architecting implementing and leading cloud-based solutions on Azure while mentoring teams and ensuring technical excellence across infrastructure applications and AI services.
The Tech Lead will guide a team of developers collaborate with business and functional teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead Azure architecture and strategy for cloud infrastructure application modernization and data platforms.
Oversee technical delivery of Azure solutions including virtual machines networking storage and security configurations.
Mentor and guide engineering teams ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure services with Microsoft Copilot Power Platform and AI tools.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement identifying opportunities to enhance scalability reliability and cost-efficiency.
Ensure compliance and governance implementing policies RBAC and monitoring tools.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure DevOps Azure Functions Azure AI and Azure Resource Manager.
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing technical teams in agile environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud architecture automation (Terraform ARM templates) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of AI and agentic systems especially integration with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer are highly preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
