Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Pemulwuy NSW is currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to come onboard!

This role having a blend of hands-on and admin focus some of the key duties of this role include:

Manage stock and administration tasks for the Pemulwuy site
Loading and unloading trucks using high-reach forklifts
RF scanning and receipting stock into the warehouse
Planning inbound and outbound deliveries
Invoicing completed orders into the WMS system
Coordinating incoming and outgoing pallets
Ensuring that documents are filed correctly
Assisting cross-functional teams by addressing any internal enquiries

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

2-3 years experience in a similar role within a warehousing or logistics environment
A current high-reach forklift licence & experience (this is a requirement for the role)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
A safety and customer-focused mindset
Experience using an RF scanner
Meticulous organized and accurate data entry skills
Good organizational skills communication teamwork and time management
