Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Histology Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the histology laboratory and ensure high-quality compliant laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise histology staff and manage daily laboratory workflow
Ensure compliance with CAP CLIA and hospital quality standards
Oversee specimen processing embedding staining and quality control
Collaborate closely with pathologists and laboratory leadership
Lead staff training scheduling and performance evaluations

Qualifications:
Active Florida laboratory license required
Minimum 3 years of histology supervisory or leadership experience
HT/HTL(ASCP) certification preferred
