Your future team

As part of our team you will be operating at the core of our infrastructure where your skills will help our systems and processes run smoothly. Together we make sure that our technology works reliably and efficiently contributing to the stability and growth of our company. Within your field you can take on a variety of assignments from maintaining and improving IT process documentation to coordinating meetings and supporting your teammates in daily operations. You will be exposed to projects that strengthen your understanding of IT operations develop your coordination skills and allow you to progress your career in a supportive and learning-oriented environment.

What you will be doing

• Supporting Global Digital Operations Team with documentation and processes

• Supporting with reporting

• Participating in internal meetings and preparing presentations

What you bring

• Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies

• English fluent (B2/C1)

• Availability around 30 hours per week

• Familiarity with ITIL

• Experience with MS tools (Excel PowerBI PowerPoint PowerAutomate Sharepoint Visio)

• Good analytical skills willingness to learn

• Motivated to grow in a professional IT environment
