Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled consultant to support a strategic enterprise systems transformation initiative. This role will lead the development of a feasibility study and high-level planning for a new deployment of integrated business systems. The focus will be on aligning platforms across regions while ensuring compliance with data residency security and reporting continuity.
You will be responsible for producing key planning artefacts including a feasibility study business case implementation roadmap and conceptual design. The scope includes transitioning from legacy systems to a modernised stack with particular emphasis on HRIS adoption and downstream data integrations across project management finance and reporting platforms.
Qualifications :
You are an experienced transformation consultant with a strong background in enterprise systems planning and implementation. You bring a strategic mindset and a practical approach to feasibility analysis stakeholder engagement and solution design.
Your strengths include:
- Leading cross-functional planning initiatives across technology and business domains.
- Developing business cases and implementation strategies for system transitions.
- Understanding of CRM ERP HRIS and integration frameworks.
- Navigating compliance data governance and reporting requirements.
- Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
