What youll be doing
Analyse source and target interfaces data structures and business processes to propose robust integration patterns
Design and deliver integrations between TechnologyOne (Ci / CiAnywhere) and external systems (e.g. finance HR payroll CRM GIS asset management payment gateways)
Configure and develop TechnologyOne interfaces using standard integration mechanisms (e.g. CiA ETL web services APIs)
Build and maintain integration workflows and jobs (batch near real-time event-driven) including error handling and logging
Create interface specifications mapping documents and technical designs for inbound and outbound integrations
Work closely with functional consultants and business SMEs to understand end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints
Coordinate and execute integration testing (system SIT UAT) including defect management and resolution
Monitor and support interfaces across environments troubleshooting failures and performance issues
Contribute to integration architecture and design standards ensuring reusability and consistency
Support cutover and go-live including interface switchovers validation and hypercare.

What will make you successful in this role
Experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs web services (REST/SOAP) flat files (CSV/XML) and/or message queues
Good understanding of common integration patterns (batch file-based API-driven ESB/iPaaS)
Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne ideally across Ci/CiAnywhere and multiple modules (e.g. Financials Supply Chain Property & Rating EAM HRP)
Ability to read and produce interface mapping documents data dictionaries and sequence/flow diagrams
Experience working with authentication and security for integrations (e.g. API keys OAuth service accounts)
Solid troubleshooting skills able to trace issues across logs database tables and application layers
Strong documentation skills (technical designs runbooks support guides)
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills able to work with both technical teams and business users.
Highly desirable
Previous experience on TechnologyOne integration projects in Local/State Government or similar regulated environments
Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell Python shell) for deployment monitoring and support tasks
Familiarity with integration platforms or ESBs (e.g. Boomi MuleSoft BizTalk etc.)
Prior consulting / vendor-side experience including running workshops and presenting solution options to clients.
