- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals
- Lead motivate and develop a team of employees to deliver outstanding performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Implement and maintain company policies procedures and safety standards
- Manage inventory control costs and optimize resource allocation
- Participate in hiring training and performance evaluations of team members
- Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Handle cash credit transactions and daily financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Step in for the General Manager when necessary
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience preferably in a similar industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office POS systems)
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
