This position requires the employee wear headphones connected to computer for 8 hours each day typically seated at a desk. They are answering inbound calls and inputting/typing orders into a computer system so use of computer keyboard and mouse are extensive. Employees have a 30 minute lunch break as well as a 15 minute AM and 15 minute PM break. The AM and PM breaks can be taken as a full 15 minutes or broken up into shorter breaks (for example three 5 minute breaks.)
