安装升级支持及排查 Windows 操作系统以及 Microsoft OfficeAdobe 和其他经授权的桌面应用程序
为基础设施提供现场智能支持智能操作与巡检
安装升级支持及排查打印机计算机硬件及其他经授权的外围设备
对台式机笔记本电脑打印机及其他授权外围设备进行硬件维修
对台式机笔记本电脑打印机及其他授权外围设备执行常规预防性维护任务
通过资产管理跟踪硬件管理桌面设备生命周期涵盖从交付到报废的整个过程包括系统构建应用程序安装用户迁移和硬件安装
维护 IT 资产并做好规范的文档记录
协调供应商以获得外部支持和维修服务
负责主动监控工单队列及所有分配的工单确保在工单工具中准确完成所有相关事件和请求的日志记录分类优先级排序初步诊断路由职能升级并保障数据完整性
达到既定的服务级别协议要求
任职要求
2026届IT相关专业毕业生信息技术/信息系统相关专业专业优先
具备熟练地英语能力
熟悉微软操作系统
熟悉 MS Windows 操作系统及 Office 办公软件套件
具备 IT 基础设施网络拓扑VPN服务器等基础知识足以排查终端用户问题
能够在快节奏高要求的环境中工作
能够处理多项任务
具备团队合作精神能自我激励自律并积极主动
