This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification Energy Solution team on competitive motor solution development.

Responsibility:

The job will be related to the following but not limited to:

Motor requirements and specification development for electric drive system design based on machine performance requirements

根据设备性能要求为电驱动系统设计制定电机需求与技术规格

Motor electromagnetic design structure design design electromagnetic simulation and thermal analysis

负责电机电磁设计结构设计以及设计阶段的电磁仿真与热分析工作

Collaborate with machine and system team for motor interface and installation design

与设备团队系统团队协作开展电机接口设计与安装设计

Supplier collaboration from requirements defines to mass production

从需求定义到量产阶段与供应商开展协作工作

Develop lab testing and on machine validation plan

制定实验室测试及设备端验证方案

Technical documentation development drawing release

负责技术文档编制及图纸发布

NPI issue resolution

负责新产品导入NPI过程中的问题解决

Degree Required

Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field: Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering
相关领域本科及以上学历 电气工程机电一体化工程或电子工程

Skill Preference

Electric Motor Design / 电机设计能力
Proficient in electric drive motor design and development including electromagnetic and structural aspects.
熟练掌握电驱动电机的设计与开发包括电磁设计与结构设计

Motor Manufacturing Knowledge / 电机制造知识
Strong understanding of motor manufacturing processes.
具备扎实的电机制造流程相关知识

Motor Control & Testing / 电机控制与测试能力
Skilled in motor control principles and testing methodologies.
熟悉电机控制原理与测试方法

Standards & Regulations / 技术标准与法规知识
Knowledgeable about domestic and international standards and regulations related to electric drive motors.
了解国内外电驱动电机相关技术标准与法规

Design Tools Proficiency / 设计工具使用能力
Proficient in using motor design tools such as Pro/E ANSYS and other relevant software.
熟练使用 Pro/EANSYS 及其他相关电机设计软件工具

Communication & Project Management / 沟通与项目管理能力
Excellent communication and project management skills.

English & Team Collaboration / 英语能力与团队协作
Good command of English strong team spirit and a passion for new technologies with a proactive work attitude.

Nice to Have

Motor Type Development / 电机类型开发能力
Hands-on skills in developing PMSM SRPM or BLDC motors are a plus.
具备永磁同步电机PMSM开关磁阻电机SRPM或无刷直流电机BLDC开发技能者优先

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
