Job Overview:
Vision Engineer: to develop and implement vision inspection systems in smart factories. This position will work with a cross-functional team to ensure product quality and production efficiency and optimize production processes through efficient vision inspection technology.
Main Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain vision inspection systems to meet production needs.
Use computer vision and image processing technology for product defect detection and quality control.
Perform system integration to ensure seamless connection between vision inspection equipment and production lines.
Analyze inspection data generate reports and make improvement suggestions.
Participate in project planning and requirements analysis and collaborate with project managers and other engineers.
Debug and troubleshoot vision systems to ensure stable system operation.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve the performance of vision inspection systems.
Qualifications:
Masters degree and above in computer science Electronic Engineering Automation or related fields.
Relevant work experience in computer vision or image processing.
Familiar with common traditional visual detection algorithms and tools such as Sobel Canny OpenCV etc.
Familiar with deep learning visual detection algorithms frameworks and tools such as convolutional neural network (CNN) YOLO series algorithms TensorFlow PyTorch etc.
Good programming skills proficient in Python C or other related languages.
Experience in automated production lines or intelligent manufacturing is preferred.
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Good communication skills able to clearly express technical concepts.
