The GetScale Platform Ops & Data team is a group of analytical execution-focused operators that get excited about running the platform that powers our world-class customer acquisition engine.
Working across a wide range of internal & external technologies they love improving our systems providing insightful analysis and solving hard problems to drive impact across the business.
Platform Ops at GetScale isnt your traditional ops role - AI tools have fundamentally changed whats possible. Were looking for operators who are excited to build not just configure. If you see LLMs as tools that let you write Python scripts automate workflows and solve engineering problems without needing a CS degree youll thrive here. The line between ops and engineering is blurring fast and we want people who are energized by that shift.
About the Role
As a Manager on the Platform Ops & Data team your role is pivotal in empowering both our internal teams and clients by configuring evolving and optimizing the platform that is fundamental to our operations.
You will work directly with stakeholders in Product Engineering and Business Operations to pioneer initiatives launch new features perform detailed analyses and significantly contribute to the strategic direction of GetScales internal platform.
