Job Summary
As a member of the Global Finance SSC accounts payable team the Accounts Payable Executive perform invoicing and credit memo activities on a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with local regulations and specifications. Also provides support to the Payment Department and the Business Entity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process Supplier PO invoices and non-PO invoices by handling exceptions designated for AP Processor within one working day with 100% accuracy in Camso Manufacturing USA Inc with a daily target of 200 Invoices.
2. Coordinate internally with the Plants in the Business Entity Purchasing departments to resolve issues on a timely in all respect to SLA terms.
3. Coordinate with the Payment team to achieve month-end close deadlines.
4. Assist year-end schedules and audits and provide requested information to external auditors and internal finance team
5. Building a positive relationship with the internal and external clients.
EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelors Degree specialized in Accounting Finance Business Management or equivalent
- Part qualification in CA (SL)/CIMA (UK)/ ACCA (UK) will be an added advantage.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ERP system preferably in SAP (FI MM) or any other ERP system.
- Ability to work in different Shifts (UK/USA) will be an added advantage;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and power point presentation
- Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.
- Highly motivated goal driven and organized.
