MŌ TĒNEU TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you highly organised people-focused and passionate about making healthcare work better behind the scenes Join our committed team supporting sexual and reproductive health services across the Northern and Midland region.
We are looking for a Clinic Administrator based out of our central Newmarket Office. This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm.
In this role you will be supporting the Manager Clinic Services to ensure the smooth efficient and professional operation of clinics across the region. You will provide a wide range of administrative and coordination support in human resources and clinic coordination functions. Acting as a point of contact for clinical staff to ensure staff planned and unplanned leave is managed and accurate rosters are maintained
To be successful in this role you be highly organised and experienced in administration and coordination ideally in a health care setting. You will be able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and adapt accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
