- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Structure and maintain financial systems to support efficient and accurate planning.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze financial results and create clear actionable views for stakeholders.
- Present financial outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively across the team to optimize performance.
- Invest in team development through training guidance and mentorship.
- Communicate goals tasks and organizational needs clearly and consistently.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with flexibility.
- Explore and implement GenAI tools and automation opportunities to improve financial workflows and reporting.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in Economics/Accounting
- Preferred Masters degree or MBA
- 5 years experience in Financial analysis planning or reporting; with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Proven experience in financial analysis planning or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Advanced office skills
- Advanced English Proficiency
