Job Summary
An established and fast-growing business within the FMCG/manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Finance Professional to take on the role of Financial Manager: Shared Services.
This opportunity will see you lead and manage the shared services finance function driving efficiencies ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the business through strong financial controls. The role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline processes manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Other Duties Include:
- Overseeing the shared services team and ensuring accurate processing across functions
- Driving process improvements and automation within the finance environment
- Preparing reviewing and monitoring management reports and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards policies and controls
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years post-articles experience in a shared services environment
- FMCG or manufacturing sector experience highly beneficial
- Strong leadership and process improvement experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
