This is a Washington General Service position. The monthly salary range for this position is $5011 - $6735.

Required Qualifications:
Five (5) years or more of full-time progressively responsible professional experience* in Human Resources** or related field with at least one year of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting including position posting sourcing outreach and record retention.
AND
Intermediate level in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel

*A degree in human resources labor relations organizational development business or related fieldfrom an accredited institution whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation or a foreign equivalent may be substituted for relevant experience. Proof of degree may be required prior to employment. If a degree was awarded outside of the United States candidates must provide a credential evaluation report.
**Professional human resources experience means working full-time as a human resource professional performing HR functions (e.g. classification & compensation employee relations training & development recruitment & staffing onboarding & orientation performance management).
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Two (2) or more years experience working in talent acquisition or closely related field.
One (1) year recent experience entering job announcements and applicant tracking using NeoGov system.
One (1) year experience creating running and analyzing recruitment reports including providing summaries and recommendations to management.
Current professional HR certification: PHR SPHR SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP.
