Key Responsibilities
- Parts Management
- Source order and track parts to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify parts accuracy upon arrival and manage returns for incorrect or damaged items.
- Maintain organized parts storage and inventory records.
- Workflow Coordination
- Support production scheduling by ensuring all parts and repair plans are ready before work starts.
- Document all work and updates in the management system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts management (collision repair or related industry preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Proficiency with estimating software and parts ordering systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
