Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Client Support Specialist to join our this role you will provide support and help coordinate client-facing activities including scheduling communications and occasional events to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients receive top-tier service. You will assist with confirming appointments itineraries and other important details helping clients stay informed and supported.

Requirements


  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Previous experience in hospitality administrative work call centers or virtual support is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively while working remotely

  • Comfortable navigating email chat and other digital tools for client communication

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smart device

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via email chat and phone to deliver timely accurate and friendly support

  • Assist clients in confirming schedules appointments and event-related details

  • Provide clear guidance by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve time-sensitive or complex client issues

  • Ensure a positive client experience through proactive communication follow-up and support
