Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience in hospitality administrative work call centers or virtual support is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively while working remotely
Comfortable navigating email chat and other digital tools for client communication
Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smart device

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via email chat and phone to deliver timely accurate and friendly support

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve time-sensitive or complex client issues
