This is a leadership role designed to work in close partnership with the SVP Global AI Innovation Leader to accelerate Mercers AI transformation. While the SVP defines the vision mechanisms and external narrative this role ensures execution and productization turning Mercers AI innovation strategy into scalable enterprise-grade solutions that drive client adoption measurable ROI and new revenue streams. The role complements strategy with delivery discipline bringing product rigor client empathy and operational excellence ensuring innovation translates into working products and enterprise-ready adoption.

Scope:

  • Lead product management & operations for AI-enabled HR solutions.
  • Partner with consultants clients and innovation leads to prioritize high-impact builds.
  • Translate client/consultant needs into reusable frameworks and enterprise products.
  • Build and run the product co-creation feedback loop.
  • Ensure safe secure and compliant AI usage in all products positioning Mercer as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance including EU AI Act requirements.
  • Define ROI measures and prioritize investments against them.
  • Explore inform and test monetization models (seat usage outcome-based) in partnership with business leaders.
  • Extend Mercers AI innovation into Mercers core areas of HR consulting and products leveraging proven large-scale experiences Identifying repeatable recruiting pain points and turning them into trusted enterprise-ready products.
  • Work side-by-side with Engineering Data and Consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants and clients to absorb requirements and identify repeatable opportunities.
  • Translate client pain points into product roadmaps with clear ROI and scalability.
  • Build MVPs and pilots rapidly A/B testing measure adoption and ROI.
  • Shape Mercers modern AI product management discipline with shareable mechanisms across engineering data science and consulting driving shared outcomes and disciplined execution.
  • Drive AI operational excellence: fast frugal safe experimentation with enterprise guardrails.
  • Inform AI products monetization models (seat vs usage vs outcomes).

  • Delivery of Mercers first AI-enabled compensation solutions with measurable client adoption and ROI.
  • A repeatable client feedback and co-creation model established and embedded in product development.
  • A clear playbook for building scaling and monetizing AI solutions across the HR domain.
