Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Job Type: Contract Travel
Shift: Day Shift 5x8s
Pay Range: $30$32 per hour ($1200$1280 weekly)

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Laboratory / Donor Care Specialistfor an exciting job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities:

Perform donor screening and blood collection in compliance with CDC FDA AABB and CAP standards.
Conduct whole blood and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures both onsite and at offsite blood drives.
Accurately prepare label and document blood components and donor records in accordance with quality control and safety protocols.
Support donor recruitment and retention efforts while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain daily inventory of donor care supplies and ensure a safe clean and organized workspace.
Stay current with departmental and hospital policies including safety and emergency procedures.
Demonstrate professionalism and service excellence in interactions with donors patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Phlebotomy experience required; completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or national certification preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems.
