Job Summary
Were looking for a Remote Cruise Specialist to help clients find and book the perfect cruise vacation. Youll match travelers with the right ships destinations and packages while providing friendly personalized guidance from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Talk with clients to understand their travel needs and budget.
Recommend cruise lines itineraries and cabin options.
Build customized cruise packages for families couples and solo travelers.
Manage bookings documents and special requests.
Stay updated on cruise promotions and industry news.
Qualifications
Experience in travel planning or cruise booking.
Good knowledge of cruise lines and itinerary planning.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working remotely.
Booking system or cruise portal experience is a plus.
