The Program Manager provides leadership coordination and execution for the Inclusive Governance Programs portfolio at the Leavey Executive Center (LEC). This role manages program delivery stakeholder engagement and operational processes to ensure world-class programming advances the mission of the Inclusive Governance portfolio.
Program Management & Execution
Lead planning and execution of Inclusive Governance programs events and projects.
Oversee logistics: scheduling contracting faculty/speaker coordination materials technology and media.
Manage budgets contracts and program financials within established guidelines.
Maintain program databases participant records and reporting systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Serve as primary contact for program participants partners and sponsors.
Develop strong relationships with faculty speakers alumni and corporate/community partners.
Support client and stakeholder communications including program announcements marketing and reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Establish and track program metrics; prepare reports on program outcomes and participant satisfaction.
Document and refine standard operating procedures for program delivery.
Recommend improvements to enhance participant experience and program impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise and mentor student interns and support staff on program tasks.
Partner with LEC colleagues on shared initiatives and decision-making.
Contribute to strategic planning and growth of Inclusive Governance programs.

Manage additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Masters degree preferred.
2 - 4 years of program management higher education or executive education experience required.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of program management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High-level organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation with ability to work across diverse multicultural environments.
Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite databases and online communication tools; familiarity with CRM systems and event platforms preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Primarily office-based with significant time at a computer.
Occasional travel to campus buildings local partner sites or events.
