Role SummaryLead the strategy and performance of Associated Banks Consumer and Business Banking deposit debit and credit card this highly visible role youll shape product innovation drive financial results and guide a talented team delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Accountabilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts focused on delivering results and innovation.
Own the P&L for deposit debit and credit card portfoliosdriving growth profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute pricing and product strategies that enhance acquisition retention and deepening across customer segments.
Collaborate with partners in marketing analytics finance and digital to implement impactful initiatives and new value propositions.
Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions and present clear compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
Champion a culture of continuous improvementadopting new methodologies technologies and customer-centric practices.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance Data Engineering or related field
8 years in product management pricing strategy or card program leadership
5 years leading and developing high-performing teams
5 years in data-driven decision making or strategic planning
Preferred
Masters degree in Business Marketing Finance or related discipline
5 years in financial services or banking
5 years with direct P&L or financial planning responsibility
