About the role:
- Advise on all aspects of insolvency (reconstructions workouts and formal appointments) securities enforcement risk management banking and finance and commercial litigation.
- Act for listed and unlisted companies accounting firms and other clients in commercial disputes across the manufacturing distribution retail property pharmaceutical and transport sectors.
- Regular appearances in the Federal and Supreme Courts
- Collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency and restructuring
- Strong academic achievements are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing files deadlines and competing priorities
- Practical commercially minded and client-focused
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
