How youll make impact

Providing technical guidance and coaching to engineers

Ensuring that good engineering practices are applied in daily work

As a part of a Scrum team you will further develop modern web applications the cloud architecture and CI/CD pipeline and diverse API landscape creating high-quality solutions while adapting to customer requirements

You pay attention to clean code a clean structure good performance and sensible test coverage

Directly communicating with customers and guiding them and the team towards success

What is important to us

At least 5 years of experience in software development with Javascript/Typescript

Strong experience with backend framework NodeJS and frontend framework React

Working experience with Azure Cloud platforms

Working experience with relational databases (experience with PostgreSQL)

Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and unit tests e.g Vitest/Jest

Strong experience in a distributed agile team setup with a good understanding of the Scrum concepts practical experience

Ability to apply and force architectural and design patterns

Experience in coaching of junior team members

Experience in visualizing software architecture and CI/CD

Experience in backend framework NestJS is a strong plus

Experience in requirements engineering

Experience in logistics/e-commerce industry
