3. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with suppliers to establish quality requirements for raw materials components and parts used in electric motors. Conducting audits and assessments to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
4. Product Testing and Validation: Establishing testing protocols and procedures to validate the performance durability and safety of electric motors. Analyzing test data and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Root Cause Analysis: Investigating quality issues or defects in electric motors to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities test results and compliance documentation. Generating reports and communicating quality performance metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.

11. Conducting routine tests on motor samples or production batches to monitor key parameters such as insulation resistance winding resistance insulation quality vibration levels and temperature rise.
12. Maintaining test equipment and instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
13. Collaborating with production quality assurance and engineering teams to address any quality issues or non-conformities identified during Motor Inspection & testing
14. Interpretation and evaluation of PT MT RT LT VT and UT test results.

NDE Level II qualification in VT PT MT UT RT
Familiar to ASME Section IIA III V VIII IX standards.
Knowledge of Electric Motor Mechanical and Electrical Inspections & processes.
