Job Summary
Position: Franchise Business Development Manager
Location: Cochin
Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Franchise Sales / Business Development
Salary Range: 75000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire franchise sales cycle — from lead generation pitching and negotiation to final closure.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees through effective networking and market research.
* Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the franchise model brand value and potential return on investment.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding branding and training for new franchise partners.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines across all franchise outlets.
* Regularly track franchise performance and share detailed progress reports insights and recommendations with management.
