Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $125000 $150000 per year
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly every second Friday

Reports To: Senior Vice President Western Region

As we continue to grow were looking for a Sales & Estimating Manager to join our Roofing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment and wants to make a direct impact on both client satisfaction and company growth.

What Youll Do

• Track active bids and actively pursue the CLOSE (award) of projects.
• Lead the sales and estimating team for roofing and waterproofing projects driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates budgets and proposals specifically for roofing and building envelope projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors architects and consultants within the roofing and construction industry
• Identify new business opportunities in the roofing market and develop strategies to expand market share
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing and waterproofing projects
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior leadership
• Provide coaching mentorship and development opportunities for your team in roofing and estimating practices
• Ensure compliance with company standards industry best practices and safety protocols in all roofing and waterproofing activities

What You Bring to the Team

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales and estimating within the commercial roofing or construction industry
• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field is an asset
• Strong knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems materials and construction processes
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results
• Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency with estimating software Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
