You have at least five years of experience in group reservations housing management or sales coordination ideally within a luxury setting and you understand the ins and outs of managing large conferences or events. Youre tech-savvy adaptable and always one step aheadanticipating needs solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.

You are the connection point between guests sales teams and hotel operations ensuring every group booking runs flawlessly. From the first inquiry to the final departure you handle room blocks payments and special requests with precision and care. Youre always looking for ways to add valuewhether its optimizing room usage identifying revenue opportunities or delivering a thoughtful touch that elevates the guest experience. You communicate clearly across departments to keep everyone aligned and informed all while maintaining organized files and accurate records. Most importantly you bring warmth professionalism and a can-do attitude to every interaction ensuring each group feels confident theyre in the best hands.
