Director Infection Prevention
Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)

Overview:
A leading multi-state healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Infection Prevention to oversee systemwide infection control initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infection prevention and control programs.
- Ensure compliance with CDC CMS and state infection control regulations.
- Oversee surveillance and reporting while preparing action plans for mitigation.
- Facilitate staff education and best-practice training across departments.
- Lead outbreak investigations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Track infection metrics and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license or relevant allied clinical background.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in infection prevention.
- Bachelors degree required; CIC certification strongly preferred.
