Togetherwork is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive inbound demand expand top-of-funnel pipeline and optimize conversion across the buyer journey. This is a hands-on data-driven role where youll create and scale programs that turn awareness into measurable revenue impact.
Youll collaborate closely with Product Sales and Customer Success leaders to shape go-to-market strategy refine messaging and deliver campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the funnel. Inbound & Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content SEO paid social partnerships and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth.
Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages lead flows and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with Product Sales and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products.
Campaign Ownership: Design manage and measure full-funnel campaigns that generate demand accelerate pipeline and deliver on revenue goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and performance reporting to refine marketing spend forecast results and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
5 years of experience in growth marketing demand generation or digital marketing roles.
Proven track record driving inbound pipeline growth and improving conversion metrics.
Strong experience with go-to-market strategy and new product launches.
Proficiency with SEO SEM marketing automation platforms CRM systems and content-driven lead generation.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize results.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing highly preferred.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
