Location: Onalaska Wisconsin

Pay: $21 - $23 per hour

Hours: Monday Thursday Friday 20 hours per week some weekends as needed on-call

In this position you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy providing maintenance services to include light electrical work light plumbing general repairs of equipment painting carpentry and limited extermination services.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation. You will be required to obtain your Boilers license within 90 days of employment. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.
