Offered salary and benefits package:
We offer a yearly salary of $56485. Additionally we offer:

Your schedule: In-person Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5 pm.
Location: This is an in-person role for Denver-based resources.
Your mission & responsibilities as an ERP Consultant Project Coordinator:
As an ERP Consultant Project Coordinator you will support our Consultants on software Implementation projects. Some of our ERP Consultant Project Coordinators duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Initiate project templates.
- Keep client projects up to date through detailed notes.
- Schedule and coordinate client-facing meetings.
- Document action items risks to the project and decisions made during client meetings.
- Build and maintain deliverables and documents including but not limited to: Meeting Agendas Project Plans Budget Trackers Project Calendars UAT (user acceptance testing) Trackers and Test Cases and Application Integration maps.
- Keep clients informed on the status of the project and upcoming tasks.
- Assist consultants with Change Management plans.
- Collaborate with the Consulting and Data Migration teams to ensure an organized and successful project.
- Support project team during go-lives.
- Collect and compile feedback from clients.
- Occasional travel (20%).
Required experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Maintains and demonstrates a professional yet approachable demeanor.
- Excited about working in the consulting field.
- High level of interest in a career path toward becoming a consultant.
- Able to complete and balance a high volume of tasks.
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
