About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional teaching role and not a salaried position.

It is an independent contractor opportunity within a global professional network focused on personal development leadership and lifelong learning.

Youll work with adults who are actively seeking change engaging in structured conversations education pathways and growth-focused decision-making.

What Youll Be Doing

• Engage in meaningful one-to-one conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth
• Use your communication and facilitation skills to support clarity confidence and forward momentum
• Build authentic relationships through values-led ethical communication
• Operate within established systems digital tools and frameworks (training provided)
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring
• Manage your time independently while collaborating within a supportive global community

Who This Is For

This role is well suited to professionals who:

• Have 5 years experience in education (primary secondary tertiary ESL training or learning support)
• Are confident communicators who enjoy guiding and developing others
• Value autonomy flexibility and continuous personal growth
• Are comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
• Are open to learning new systems and ways of working
• Are seeking a role aligned with values not hierarchy
