• Operate independently managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring

Who This Is For

• Experienced HR professionals Recruiters or People & Culture leaders with 5 years experience
• Self-motivated independent and values-driven
• Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn Zoom and digital tools (or open to learning)
• Passionate about personal growth transformation and helping others succeed
• Interested in flexible autonomous and meaningful work
