Job Summary
- The Quality Assurance Specialist provides mentorship and expertise in technologies and processes for Information Services Quality Assurance (QA).
- He/She maintains an awareness of emerging technologies to ensure a competitive advantage. This position automates test scenarios and expected outcomes.
- He/She provides expertise for client key business functions and supporting technologies.
- This position applies a comprehensive knowledge of technical skills principles practices and procedures of testing methodologies and working knowledge in planning designing and conducting QA reviews and inspections.
- He/She conducts comprehensive testing and risk-based assessments of the testing objects.
- This position uses source documentation as input and contributes to the planning and implementation of testing activities.
- The Quality Assurance Specialist leads testing components of large and complex projects assigns tasks provides direction to resources and reports progress to project stakeholders.
- He/She creates and selects tools and methodologies for review and approval by management.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to execute Conducts QA Development Processes includes creation of test cases identifying user requirements providing risk assessments and provide testing results
- Able to facilitate QA test status meetings to provide updates on QA process testing % completion and defect reviews
- Able to provide feedback on Business Analysts user story/business requirements and identify use cases
- Bonus: Able to understand the overall Sales process on sales resource account and territory alignment and management
Technical Requirements
- 6 Years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite for Test Cases Documentation
- 6 Years of experience with Azure DevOps TFS/ADO for Test Cases Documentation and Test Plan status
- 5 Years of experience: Any knowledge of QA Automation
Skill Requirements
- Strong Team Member and Collaborator on communication major defects and issues to Business BAs and other Stakeholders
- Have good attention to details to provide insights on business use cases
